OnyorAI stands behind every project we deliver. If the accuracy of your output falls below the rate stated for your plan, or if we fail to deliver on time, you are entitled to a full refund or free reprocessing. All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
You are entitled to a 100% full refund if any of the following apply, submitted within 30 days of delivery:
Quality: Delivered accuracy is more than 5 percentage points below the stated rate for your plan • Output contains systematic errors affecting more than 10% of records • Output is in a materially different format from what was purchased • Required fields are missing from more than 5% of records without flagging.
Service failures: Delivery is more than 5 business days past the stated turnaround with no communication • We are unable to process your document type after payment • A technical error on our side causes permanent data loss before delivery.
Full refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of approval. Banking processing times are outside our control (see Section 7).
A partial refund of 25%–75% may be issued at OnyorAI’s discretion in the following circumstances:
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our free revision policy. OnyorAI will re-process or correct any portion of your output at no charge if:

• Client document quality: Accuracy falls below expectations due to illegible scans, damaged documents, or undisclosed quality issues present in source files
• Changed requirements: Client changes output requirements after processing has begun or been completed
• Output used in production: Delivered output has been imported into a live system or actively used in business operations (constitutes acceptance)
• Expired request window: Refund request submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Breach of Terms: The account is in breach of our Terms of Service
• Free trial orders: Any services provided at no charge are not eligible for monetary refund
Email contact@onyorai.com with subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”. Include your order number, account email, a clear description of the issue, and supporting evidence (screenshots, specific examples of errors).
Our team reviews all refund requests within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information or offer a free revision as an alternative. We communicate our decision in writing.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 1–2 business days of approval. Funds appear in your account according to your bank or card issuer’s processing times (see Section 6).

OnyorAI processes approved refunds within 1–2 business days. The timelines above reflect processing by Stripe and your financial institution, which are outside our control.
For monthly Professional and Enterprise subscription plans:
We understand chargebacks exist to protect consumers. However, we ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve all legitimate disputes within 2 business days of contact.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with OnyorAI, we reserve the right to: (a) suspend or terminate the relevant account; (b) contest the chargeback with full transaction documentation; and (c) refer the matter to our legal team if the chargeback constitutes fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to card networks and may result in permanent account blacklisting.
